Here are a few of the facts! We hate to leave but are moving away to school. We need to rent this ASAP! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo for rent. It has a total of 1341 sq. feet. It is on the top level so it has vaulted ceilings which give it a really nice and open feel!
Nutshell: 3 beds, 2 full baths, 1341 sq feet. Dishwasher, disposal, 2 storage rooms, walk-in closet in master, balcony with great view, vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer included, free basic cable, covered parking, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds, bb courts, volleyball courts.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal and all major appliances. It is nice kitchen and has a lot of cabinet space.
The living area is really nice. There is a nook for a dining area. The living room is really nice and leads out to a balcony with a great view of the mountains.
In the master bedroom, we fit our king size bed, armoire, standing lamp and a dresser with room to walk around each piece of furniture. There is also a balcony and sliding door with screen door. Attached to the master is the master bath. It is a shower/bathtub, toilet, sink and vanity. There is also a nice big walk-in closet with hanging racks and shelves on all sides for extra storage on top.
In the first bedroom we fit a large crib, dresser, rocking chair and toddler bed. The closet has a lot of space and sturdy metal hanging rack with shelf on top for more storage.
The second bedroom we used as an office. We fit a long table with 2 desktop computers, bookshelf, mini fridge and a couple of file/storage cabinets. One wall was empty. Nice space. Closet is a speck smaller than the first bedroom but still a great space, hanging rack with shelf as well.
Across from the first bedroom is a bathroom with shower/bathtub!
There is a separate laundry room that includes a washer and dryer. This leads into the inside storage room. It has 2 sturdy metal shelves along the walls for better storage. We put everything from food and blankets to home decor and extra junk! :)) A great place for food storage!
Outside on the balcony, there is another storage space. The closet opens to a space about 6 feet deep by 9 feet high. We put holiday decor (I have a TON), baby toys, seasonal clothes, books, and a million other things. It's seriously a great storage space!
There is a covered parking stall and one more space for a 2nd car. There is central air conditioning and forced air heating. You have access to a clubhouse which has a great pool, activity area inside, fitness gym, cool gazebo with a bbq stand. There are also BBall courts and sand volleyball courts throughout the complex. There are a couple of great little playgrounds for kids as well!
The HOA fees are paid by the owner! Rent was originally $1050 but is now $950 (that's what we got it for!). It is seriously worth $1150 we love it THAT much. We are sad to leave but are going away to school. We hope this place will make someone else as happy as we've been here!
